Robert O. Appleton, Jr. (Bob) received his B.A. degree from Stanford University in 1967 and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 1970. He then attended the New York University School of Law Graduate Tax Program (no degree conferred).
Bob began his legal practice career in 1971 at the San Francisco law firm of Dinkelspiel & Dinkelspiel in his native state of California (licensed to practice law in California, but currently inactive). He then moved to St. Louis, Missouri where he was licensed to practice law in 1973. After practicing with several law firms in various areas of the law, he formed the Law Office of Robert O. Appleton, Jr., and continues to practice primarily in St. Louis County and St. Louis City.
Bob's law practice is varied and includes the practice areas of Family Law (Dissolution of Marriage/Divorces, Modifications, Child Support, Custody and Collaborative Dissolution Practice, etc.), Litigation, Corporate Transactions, Real Estate Law, Traffic, Personal Injury, Probate Administration and Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Deeds, etc.). Bob has also been trained as an Arbitrator.
